β Pictoris b post conjunction detection with VLT/SPHERE

On Septembre 19th 2018, SPHERE observed the planet beta Pic b emerging in front of the star while it had been undetectable for the last 2 years. SPHERE has been following up this object since the very beginning. This observation constrains the semi major axis of the planet orbit to 9 astronomical units.
